Sorry i haven’t posted in a while, i had to go for an operation a few weeks ago and i didn’t feel too great after it. But to make things worse i ended up back in hospital with a post operation infection, which definitely wasn’t what i needed at all! So i’m not going to be posting an amazing amount but i’m trying to a bit more often than i have been! Anyway onto the good stuff!
A few weeks ago I stumbled upon this little shaver, the Veet sensitive precision trimmer is a lightweight intimate shaver with changeable heads that claims for users to have no fear of cuts! which sounds great right?! But is it true? I was all too curious and had to find out!
Unfortunately I’m one of these people with pretty sensitive skin and get pretty bad shaving rash after I wet shave (I’m not the only one right?!) nothing I’ve tried all sorts but nothing has stopped it at all! So I usually stick to waxing as its pretty much the only thing i’ve come across that doesn’t give me that annoying rash! Could this little razor change this? after all it would save me a ton of money on waxing too wouldn’t it!?
The box contains:
- Beauty Styler
- 2-sided head for eyebrow shaping
- Bikini trimming head
- 2 Comb attachments
- Styler cap
- Cleaning brush
- Beauty pouch
- AA battery
I managed to get it for £16 (regular price £25) from Asda while it was on offer as everywhere i went it seemed to be out of stock!
The shaver itself was mega easy to put together and simple to use, Veet claim that ‘It’s two rows of rounded blades drive hair to the cutting blades, which have no direct contact with the skin, hence no fear of cuts’ which is DEFINITELY true! I haven’t mange to cut myself with it yet no matter how close to the skin i’ve got. The shaver itself isnt all that quiet i must admit although what electric shavers are!?
To my relief there has been NO shaving rash after using this little shaver what so ever which is amazing news for me – i’ve saved a few quid on waxing and not had to suffer with horrible irritating shaving rash! Now i’ve only used the bikini setting on the shaver but i imagine the setting for eyebrows, underarms and facial hair is just as good!
