I found myself falling to sleep a lot easier and I had the best night sleep I’d had in a very long time! Once the tester size ran out I found myself ordering a bigger bottle as I sleep so much better with it than without!
I honestly don’t know how I slept without it!
This sounds really good! I struggle to sleep sometimes but I’m never sure if these sprays work properly, although I’ve seen lots of good reviews of this x
