Panache Corrine Balconnet Review*

Meet the Panache Corrine – a beautiful embroidered semi sheer balcony bra set. Balcony bras will always be one of my go to style of bras. The Corrine is a style based on Panache’s Tango balconette bra. The Panache bras I’ve tried so far have not disappointed so let’s see how Corrine fairs.

Corrine Blaconnet Bra

The Corrine in the shade velvet cake is an absolutely stunning shade of burgundy red. The beautifully embroidered leaf design and scalloped edging detail give the set a really elegant and classy feel.

It’s made of a sturdy semi sheer fabric with very little stretch, giving a really secure and supportive fit. Although it’s sturdy and secure the material it’s made of is soft to the touch, lightweight and comfortable to wear.

The centre gore does come up a bit higher than other balconnet styles I’ve tried in the past. But each brand and style varies so much it’s hard to compare them to each other. Along with the centre gore coming up higher I found that the cups on Corrine also come a little higher than some other balcony styles. Then again they don’t come up quite as high as a full cup bra would. You’ll still be able to wear it nicely under your favourite outfits!

Corrine doesn’t have as much side support as other styles I’ve tried from Panache. So the shape and support it gives is a little different too. I always find with balcony bras they give more uplift than side support for the girls and I’d say that’s the case with Corrine. I’d say it gives more of a natural rounded and up lifted shape rather than a forward projected shape. Let’s be honest we all want different styles to do different things, else what would be the point in having different styles of bras to begin with?!

Corrine is avaible in UK back sizes 30-38 and cup sizes E-K.

It’s available in shades Noir, Thistle and Velvet Cake. And is £36 for the bra.

I’m wearing my usual 34GG and find that it fits like a dream!

Corrine Brief

The Corrine brief is made out of beautiful semi sheer embroidered stretch fabric. With matching embroidery only on a patch at the front of the brief and the rest being semi sheer.

The briefs are a bit of a mix between a Brazilian brief and short in my opinion and honestly I much prefer it to a full brief.

Corrine briefs are available in UK sizes 8-20 and in the same colours as the bra.

Matching briefs are £16.

If you’re a fan of the amazing Tango style from Panache you’ll love Corrine too!
